Hebi Higer Longsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. Holds Groundbreaking and Commencement Ceremony
     At 8:58 a.m. on July 3, 2025, the groundbreaking and commencement ceremony of Hebi Higer Longsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the project site. Guests from government agencies, industry associations, and business partners gathered to witness this milestone moment filled with vision and promise.
     Located in the Heshan Chemical New Materials Industrial Park, Jijiashan Town, Heshan District, Hebi City, the project covers approximately 427 mu (≈ 284,500 m²) with a total planned investment of about RMB 1 billion (approx. USD 138 million). It will build production units for brominated/chlorinated alkanes, carboxylic acids, esters, and other fine chemical intermediates. Upon completion, the plant is expected to deliver an annual capacity of up to 50,000 tons, injecting strong momentum into the company’s high-end organic intermediates business.
     As a key pillar in Longsheng Chemical’s nationwide strategic layout, the Higer Longsheng project adheres to a development philosophy of smart manufacturing, green environmental protection, and stringent safety control. The site will be equipped with DCS automated control systems, multi-stage wastewater treatment, online monitoring, and other modern management and process technologies, aiming to build a high-standard, high-efficiency, and sustainable demonstration base for chemical new materials.
     The official groundbreaking of Higer Longsheng marks an important step for Longsheng Chemical toward coordinated operations across China, expanded capacity deployment, and enhanced global delivery capability. Taking this as a new starting point, we will continue to deepen our focus on brominated/chlorinated intermediates, consistently improve product quality and service levels, and work hand-in-hand with global customers and partners to create a new chapter of high-quality, sustainable growth.
